Fosterinjg Mutual Respect, Diversity & Inclusion through Cultural Collaboration - Chaired the 20th session of Culture Ministers of the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation (SCO) member states. 3rd April, 2023 in New Delhi. In my speech, I emphasised that SCO can constructively contribute to regional prosperity only by collectively establishing a 'Fair and SECURE Culture for LiFE'. 'LiFE' stands for 'lifestyle for environment,' which, once again, requires a grassroots culture to succeed.
