Attended the enthralling cultural programmes at the closing ceremony of the 36th Surajkund International Crafts Mela 2023 in Faridabad, Haryana on 19th Feb 2023. The fair attracts millions of tourists from India and throughout the world. With this year's theme being the ‘North Eastern Dream’ and India's Ashtalakshmi- the Northeast as the theme region, the Mela exhibited the heritage & crafts of the North Eastern Region, showcasing the use of traditional skills. With the participation of Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) & several other countries, the event witnessed colours & cultures from across the globe. This will further promote the North Eastern culture & usher in people-to-people connections between India & other countries.
